Letting go of negativity can be a very difficult and lifelong process. We’re raised in a negative and stress-filled world, so I guess you could say negativity has imprinted itself upon our brains. Is it any wonder that negativity easily becomes a part of our daily lives? At first, actively letting go of negativity will seem like a constant process every day. Eventually, though, you will change your outlook and not entertain negativity. After all, you were trained to think negatively, so it stands to reason you can be untrained!

I’m not saying letting go of negativity means that you have to be delusional and out of teach with reality. Rather, try to find a “silver lining in every cloud.” Try to find something positive in every situation and focus on that. Be grateful for it. By doing so, it’s like shining a bright spotlight into the dark, letting that light permeate and dissipate the darkness.

One way of helping you let go of negativity is to picture the delete button on your keyboard. Whenever you have a negative thought, press that delete button in your mind. Then let the thought be deleted. Replace it with a positive thought. This will take a lot of practice and diligence on your part, but it can be done. Soon your mind will be trained that as soon as you have a negative thought, you’ll immediately think of a positive one. Retraining your thought patterns is one of the key elements to letting go of negativity. When you let go of negativity, you are then open to the infinite positive possibilities in your future.

Picture that delete button. Remember to press it as you practice letting go of negativity.

The Law of Attraction and Taking the Road Less TraveledTaking the road less traveled can be an Herculean task. Why? Because you have to break out of the rut society put you in. Have you noticed that most of society is filled with sheeple – people who go along like little sheep in a herd because they don’t know any better. Or maybe they do know better, but they don’t have the courage to step out and be an individual. They take the road most traveled because that’s what society dictates: don’t deviate, don’t create, just drone along like a cog in society’s wheel.

The road less traveled is bumpy and often filled with obstacles. Sometimes it’s hidden from view, and you can easily get lost and give up. In other instances, there will be a fork in the road, and you’re not sure which way to go. Neither path is well traveled. Sigh…it’s so much easier to be a sheeple, isn’t it? It’s so much easier when someone else tells you what to do, even if you don’t like it. But that’s not really living, is it? You’re living someone else’s life.

Using the Law of Attraction, however, will help you in taking the road less traveled. You will gain an inner purpose filled with confidence, faith, and hope for the future. When you ask, believe, and receive from your Higher Power, you’ll have the inner strength to overcome the sheeple mentality. You will behave and think with certainty about the choices that need to be made. As you adopt the Law of Attraction more and more into your daily life, taking the road less traveled will become second nature. You will be true to yourself, knowing what is best for you.

Today, decide to stop being a sheeple and taking the baaaaaa-d road. Use the Law of Attraction and take the road less traveled

Believing in the Law of AttractionBelieving in the Law of Attraction takes an almost childlike innocence. Children still believe that life is good and that dreams come true. And why shouldn’t they? Children are truly wondrous creatures who still believe in magic, although I don’t think they’d label it as such. It’s a purity of mind that isn’t weighted down with negativity, cynicism, and disbelief. You can become more childlike by believing in the Law of Attraction. What is more childlike than to ask, believe, and receive? These are the basics of the Law of Attraction.

When children ask for something, they already believe they’ll receive what they want. They also believe they deserve it. After all, it’s a need or desire, and shouldn’t those be met? Young children are not plagued by self doubt and cynicism. They haven’t learned to be negative. They feel invulnerable and the center of the universe. They feel good because the world is a wondrous creation, a creation for us to enjoy!

We, as adults, need to return to that childlike innocence and faith. We simply need to believe. When we ask the universe for what we most desire, we should feel that we deserve to receive. Be joyful. Want something so much that you squeeze up your eyes and feel the happy anticipation well up. Don’t care what anyone thinks! Dance and stretch out your arms, skip and hum, be happy that the universe loves you and wants to help you realize your potential and dreams.

Believing in the Law of Attraction takes childlike innocence and exuberance. Ask, believe and receive with open arms.
